Pest Control in Lyons, Oregon

We are TKO Pest Control LLC, a licensed pest control company based in Lebanon, Oregon that regularly services Lyons and the North Santiam River corridor. This part of the valley sits in heavily wooded, moisture-rich foothills east of Salem, and that setting pushes ants, spiders, rodents, and other moisture-loving pests toward homes, especially older cabins and river-adjacent properties common in Lyons. Trevor K. Orr brings over 9 years of hands-on field experience to every job. Service is available by appointment, and we never ask you to sign a contract.

We offer free estimates and an honest look at what your Lyons property actually needs. When scheduling allows, we respond quickly so you are not left waiting on pests that are already inside.

Common Questions from Lyons Homeowners.

  • Does TKO Pest Control actually come out to Lyons?

Yes, Lyons is within our regular Willamette Valley service area. We reach it from our Lebanon base along the North Santiam corridor. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday, so give us a call to confirm timing for your specific address.

  • What pests are common around Lyons because of all the trees and the river?

Carpenter ants, spiders, rodents, and moisture-related pests like earwigs and sowbugs are common in the heavily wooded, damp conditions near the North Santiam River. Older cabins and river-adjacent homes tend to see more pressure from these pests.

  • Do I have to sign a contract to get service in Lyons?

No, we never require a contract. You call us when you need help, and we earn repeat business through results, not a signed agreement. Free estimates are also available with no obligation.

  • Is TKO Pest Control licensed to treat wood damage from carpenter ants or termites near Lyons?

Yes, under Oregon Pesticide Applicator License AG-L105254CPO, which legally authorizes us to inspect and treat wood destroying organisms. This matters for the older timber-frame homes common in the area.
