Nine Years. One Name.

Trevor K. Orr is the founder and owner of TKO Pest Control LLC, based right here in Lebanon, Oregon. He started the business on a simple idea: tell people the truth about what's going on with their property, and don't push them into anything they don't need. There's no sales script here, just a straight answer and a plan that makes sense.

Trevor has spent more than nine years working hands-on in pest control across the Willamette Valley, including Albany and Corvallis. He holds Oregon pesticide applicator license AG-L105254CPO and has worked with homeowners, commercial properties, industrial facilities, and civil accounts. He's personally handled pest situations across all of these property types himself, not handed the work off to contractors.

The no-contract policy and free estimates aren't a marketing gimmick. It's how Trevor believes a small business should run: no pressure, no fine print, just help when you need it. Most customers find TKO because a neighbor told them to call. That's still how most of our business works today.
